Lakewood is a community within the area of Timberlea, that has several small lakes that have housing developments around them. Lakewood has no commercial areas within it but there is a major commercial centre across Confederation Drive that houses restaurants, grocery stores, and a banking centre. Lakewood consists of a variety of housing types to accommodate different lifestyles, with a price variance to suit most income levels.
